I picked this hotel for its location. Very close to the Bratislava airport and walking distance to the shopping park. Also, the wellness option played its role. The check-in was smooth, I picked the room on 5th floor in pre-check-in option. The room was good size with decent storage facilities. Clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is very large for room of this size. The wellness facilities are small but have cozy atmosphere. Very good choice for breakfast with some gluten free options

property was amazing with amazing staff especcially huge thanks to Michaella she is our hero I really don’t understand why this hotel has such low ratings i strongly reccomend to go there nice location very good breakfast this hotel has everything you need and of course i’ll repeat the best staff member Michaella if you need anything just let her know and she will make your dreams come true

My favorite hotel in Bratislava for years now. Firstly I received small room with no walk in shower which is my must have in that hotel - after asking for change in reception I got one without any problems - even bigger than I have expected. I was welcomed with sweet treat and water which was nice from the hotel. Silence in the rooms is really relaxing. Super nice reception desk people.

The friendliness of the stuff made a very positive first impression, then we discovered how good choice we made to book this hotel.
